Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Important Legal Notice
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African law. Where applicable, your statutory rights will always apply.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, unless required by law.
At our discretion, we may accept returns if all the following conditions are met:
• Return requested within 7 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
• All packaging, seals, and labels are intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
If approved:
• A store credit or exchange will be issued (no cash refunds)
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used lip stains, makeup, or beauty products
• Items with broken hygiene seals
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Custom or bundled items (if applicable)
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are protected under the CPA.
You may request within 6 months of delivery:
• Repair, OR
• Replacement, OR
• Full refund
Your rights:
• You choose your preferred remedy
• We cover all return shipping costs
• Refunds include original delivery fees
5. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
In terms of ECTA, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Conditions:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• You must notify us in writing within 7 days
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refunds will be processed minus reasonable delivery costs.

⚠️ Returns sent without approval may be refused.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• We reserve the right to decline refunds if conditions are not met
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
• The product is defective, or
• The incorrect item was sent
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Blush Babes is not liable for:
• Misuse or improper application of products
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Incorrect shade selection or personal preference
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchase.
Items that do not meet return conditions may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
