At Blush Babes, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders within South Africa.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery will take approximately:
8 to 11 business days (South Africa-wide)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, and external factors beyond our control.
3. Courier Service
We use Aramex Store to Door for all deliveries.
Once your order has been handed over to Aramex:
- A tracking number will be provided
- You can track your parcel directly via Aramex tracking
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly advertised on our website.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier network delays
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Regional service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Blush Babes is not liable for courier-related delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues with Aramex where possible.
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information
- Failed deliveries due to customer input errors
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing:

- We will assist in opening an investigation with Aramex
Please note that final resolution is subject to courier investigation procedures.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on your checkout details).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
